In memory of my dear friend and colleague of more than 45 years. Nurtured at Harold Wood as Junior Doctors and subsequently as Senior Doctors. We enjoyed our time cruising the world together with our families and creating wonderful memories. You will always be remembered Terry, and your sense of humour. You will be sadly missed.
